A Quitclaim deed dated the 13th day of June, 1941
from PANOLA D. LOGUE to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitcla.imi
to the City of Newport Beach, all that real property situated in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:

Parcel 1. Lot 1, Block 337; Lots 20 and 22,
Block 732; All in Corona del Mar,
as shown on a "'ap recorded in Book
3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
Parcel 2. Lot 3, Block "I ", Tract No, 3239 .
Corona del °liar, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 14, pages 40 and
41 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California,
excepting therefrom the Southeasterly
Ten (10) feet of the Northwesterly
44.19 feet (measured along the Easterly
line of said lot.)
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,;
Calif or nia, f
WHEREUPON, Councilman \4oYa made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of
Newport 3each and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the
same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
