A Quitclaim deed dated the 4th day of June, 1941 from

THOMAS E.
WILSON and MAMMIE WILSON, husband and wife, to the CITY

OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
6
remising,
releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
7
all that
real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
8
County of
Orange, State of California, and more particularly
9
described
as follows, to -wit:

A portion of Lot 1, in Block 343 of Corona
11
del Mar, as shown on a Nap recorded in Book
3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps,
12
records of Orange County, California, and the
portion of vacated alley and Electric Way
13
adjoining said Lot 1; also portions of Lots
3 and 5, in Block "BB" of Tract No. 323, as
14
shown on a Map recorded in Book 14, page 41 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
15
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Lot
16
3, in Block "BB" of said Tract No. 323, running
thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line
17
of said Lot 3 and the extension thereof to the
most Westerly corner of Lot 5, in said Block nBB ";
18
thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line
thereof 50 feet to a point; thence Northeasterly
19
parallel to the Northwesterly line of Poppy Avenue
as shown on a Map of said Tract No. 323, to the
20
Northeasterly lino of said Lot 3; thence North-
westerly along said Northeasterly line to the
21
point of beginning.

23 was presented to the City Council ofthe City of Newport Beach,
24 California.
25 WHEREUPON, Councilman \,�G z a made a
26 motion, duly seconded by Councilman w yi @ -� and
27 carried, that said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of
28 Newport Beach and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the
• 29 same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
