A Quitclaim deed dated the 4th day of June, 1941 from
AUGUSTA P. NIMMO to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaim-
ing to the City of Newport Beach all that real property situated
In the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
That portion of Lot 1, in Block 343 of Corona
del Mar, as shown on a Map rearded in Book 3,
pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, and the portion of
vacated alley and Electric 'gay adjoining said
Lot 1 and also Lot 4 and those portions of Lots
3 and 5 in Block "BB" of Tract No. 323, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 14, page 41 of Miscell-
aneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
and more particularly described as follwws:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northwesterly
line of Poppy Avenuewith the Southwesterly line of
Coast Blvd. being the most Easterly corner of Lot
4 in Block "BB" of said Tract No. 323; thence South-
westerly along the North - westerly line of Poppy
Avenue to the most Southerly corner of Lot 5 in
said Block "BBn of Tract No. 323; thence North-
westerly along the Southwesterly line of said Lot
5, a distance of 75 feet to a point; thence North-
easterly parallel to the Northwesterly line of
Poppy Avenut to a point in the Northerly line of
Lot 3 of said Tract No. 323; thence Southeasterly
along the Southwesterly line of Coast Blvd. as shown
on the Map of said Tract to the point of beginning.

California.

'HEREUPON, Councilman a, mx made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman Oy `J"T and
carried, that said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of
Newport Beach and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the
same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
