RESOLUTION No. '4-di
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Grant Deed dated
June, 1941, from Mary -H.. Gilson and Ellen Hughes, as joint
tenants, to the City of Newport Beach, a municipal= corporation of
the sixth class, granting to the City of Newport Beach all that
certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County
of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described
as follows, to -wit:
Lot 102, Tract 948, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 30, page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman `a :re. made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by the City of Newport
Beach and that the City Clerk be instructed forthwith to record
the samB with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
