RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport
Beach did on or about the 2nd day of June, 1941, at a regular
meeting of said city council, adopt and pass Resolution No.
2292, relating to a certain action then pending in the Superior
Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Orange,
being action No. 39603; and
WHEREAS, it was necessary for the City Attorney of
the city of Newport Beach to dismiss said action because of
defects of the party defendant therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said Resolution
No. 2292 aforesaid, be and the same is hereby rescinded and
declared of no further force or effect for any purpose whatever.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the city of Newport Beach at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 7th day of July, 1941, by the following
vote, to. -wit:
