8 as and for the purchase price of said lot; and

10 Ber.oh deems that it is for the best interests of said City that
11 said property/ be sold for the said sum of '12225.00; and
12 `MXREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
13 and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
14 above described.
15 NO", T ?ER ?1OPF, BE IT RESOLVED: That said pro,-:erty
16 be sold to the said Ogden R. Johnston and Genevieve C. Johnston,
17 husband and wife, for the sum of 1225.00, free and clear of all
18 encumbrances, subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1941 -42 and
19 unpaid improvement assessients of reoord. Also subject to
20
conditions, restrictions and reservations of record. The "ayor
21
and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
22
and deliver a deed for said property to the said ,parties upon
23
receipt of the consideration above set forth.

Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City

Council of the City of Ne^rport Beach at a regular ueeting thereof
