as shorn on a Pap recorded in Book 20, page 19 of niscellaneous
`Saps, records of Orange County, California; and
WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
as and for the purchase price of said lots; and
WHEREAG, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said. City that said
property be sold for the said sure of 0480.00; and

and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
