1 11 RESOLUTION NO. a `i a

3 WHEREAS, an easement and right of way dated the 17th day
4 of September, 1941, from Alex J. Carson and Emma Louise Carson, to
5 the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation of the State of
6 California, granting to the City of Newport Beach an easement and
7 right of way for the purpose of the construction of a bulkhead and
8 the placing of anchors and anchor rode, and certain filling incide:
9 tal thereto, in and over the following described land situated in
10 the city of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
11 and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
12 Lots b, 9, 10 and 11 in Block P of Tract
No. 518, and portions of Lot M of said Tract
13 No. 518, adjacent thereto,

was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
15 California.
16 WHEREUPON, Councilman o�r¢ made
17 a motion, duly seconded by Councilman �`�

18 carried, that said easement and right of way be accepted by the
19 City of Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
20 forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,California.
