2 II RESOLUTION NO. a b
3 An Easement and Right of Way dated the 10th day of
4 July, 1941, from John Andreson, Jr., and Minnie Andreson, to the
5 City of Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation of the State of
6 California, granting to the city of Newport Beach an easement and
7 right of way for the purpose of the construction of a bulkhead
8 and the placing of anchors and anchor rods, and certain filling
9 incidental to the contraction of said bulkhead, in and over the
10 following described land situated in the city of Newport Beach,
11 County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
12 described as follows, to —wit:
13 Lots 6 and 7 in Block P of Tract No. 518,
and portions of Lot M of said Tract No,
14 518, adjacent thereto,

16 was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
17 California.
18 WHEREUPON, Councilman Ao c made

20 and carried, that said easement and right of way be accepted by

the city of Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the
same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,Cali
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
