RESOLUTION NOJ t
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Conditional. Sale
Contract dated October 31st, 1941, between Theodore Robins as
Seller and the City of Newport Beach as Purchaser; and
INMREAS, said contract provides that the Seller sells
to the Purchases one new Deluxe Fordor Sedan 9 Cylinder Ford,
Motor No. 99A- 485106, for the sum of $1166.00, payable as follows:
trade in on 1939 Ford Sedan, $520.00; $290.00 on November 3rd,
1941; 0290.00 on December 3rd, 1941; and $66.00 on January 3rd,
1942, as in said contract set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Neorport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said city of Newport
Beach that said automobile be purchased from the Seller upon the
terms and conditions in said Conditional. Sales Contract soeci.fi.ed.
NOF, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That �sh? Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
directed, instructed and authorized to execute said contract, in
the name of the City of Newport Beach and that the City Clerk
deliver a duly executed copy thereof to the Seller therein named.
I hereby certify that the above resol.uti.on was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the city Council of the City of
Newport Beach at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the
20th day of October, 1941, by the following vote, to -tgit:
