RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the city of Newport Beach a certain Association Grant
Deed dated the 14th day of October, 1941, from the CITIZENS
NATIONAL TRUST & SAVINGS BANK OF LOS ANGELES, a National Banking
Association, to the City of Newport Beach, granting to the City
of Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
All that portion of Lot 15, Block 232, as shown on a
map of Corona. del Mar, recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42
of Miscellaneous Haps, records of Orange County, California,
lying southwesterly of a straight line drawn from the most
southerly corner of said Lot 15, to a point in the north-
westerly line of said Lot 15, said point being 15.85 feet
southwesterly from the most northerly corner of said Lot
15.
ALSO, all that portion of Lot 13, of Block 232, as
shown on said map of Corona Del Mar lying northeasterly
of a straight line drawn from the most southerly corner
of said Lot 13 to the most northerly corner of said Lot 13.
ALSO, all that portion of Lot 16, of Block 232, as shown
on said map of Corona del Mar, lying southwesterly of a
straight line drawn from the most northerly corner of said
Lot 16, to a point in the southeasterly line of said Lot 16,
said point being 14.15 feet southwesterly from the most
easterly corner of said Lot 16.
ALSO, all that portion of that certain alley 14 feet
in width in said Block 232, vacated by Resolution No. 366 of the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California, lying
between the hereinbefore described portions of Lot 15 and 16,
in said Block 232.
ALSO that portion of Dahlia Avenue, formerly known as
31st Avenue, as shown on said map of Corona Del Mar, vacated
by said Resolution No. 366, described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said
Lot 16, Block 232; thence northwesterly along
the Northwesterly prolongation of the south-
westerly line of said Lot 16, Block 232, 41.67
feet; thence northerly in a straight line to a
point in the former northwesterly line of said
Dahlia Avenue, said point being 15 feet south-
westerly of the most easterly corner of Lot 15,
of Block 231b as shown on said map of Corona
Del Mar; thence northeasterly along the north-
westerly line of said Dahlia Avenue, to a point
which is 11.25 feet southwesterly of the most
easterly corner of Lot 17 of said Block 231;

thence southeasterly in a straight line to the
most northerly corner of Lot 16 of said Block
232; thence southwesterly along the southeasterly
line of said Dahlia Avenue to the point of beginning.
ALSO all that portion of Lot 15 in said Block 231, lying
easterly of a straight line drawn from a point in the south-
easterly line of said Lot 15, Block 231, said point being 15
feet southwesterly of the most easterly corner of said Lot 15,
Block 231, to a point in the northeasterly line of said Lot
15, Block 231, said point being 8.33 feet northwesterly of
the most easterly corner of said Lot 15, Block 231.
ALSO all that portion of Lot 17, in said Block 231, lying
easterly of a straight line drawn from a point in the south-
westerly line of said Lot 17, Block 231, said point being
8.33 feet northwesterly from the most southerly corner of
said Lot 17, Block 231, to a point in the northeasterly line
of said Lot 17, Block 231, which point is 25.0 feet north-
westerly from the most easterly corner of said Lot 17, Block
231.
NOW, THEREFORE, on mot>,On of Councilman
seconded by Councilman p L and carried,
it is ordered that said Grant Deed be accepted and the City Clerk
is instructed to record the same forthwith with the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
Said motion was carried by the following vote, to —wit:
