III RESOLUTION NO. �

3 WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the
4 City Council of the city of Newport Beach a certain lease dated
5 the 15th day of October, 1941, by and between the City of Newport
6 Beach as Lessor, and Baron Long, as Lessee; and
7 WHEREAS, said lease provides that Lessor leases to
g Lessee for a period of thirty —one months a certain storage garage
9 with comfort station, located at the shore end of Dock #4, south -
10 easterly of Tract 919 in the City of Newport Beach, for the total
11 rental or sum of $310.00; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
13 deems that it is for the best interests of said city that said
14 lease be given to the Lessee for the term, and upon the conditions
15 and for the consideration therein set forth.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
17 City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
18 directed, authorized and instructed to execute said ]ease in the
19 name of, and on behalf of the city of Newport Beach, and that the
20 City Clerk deliver a duly executed copy thereof to the Lessee
therein named.
