RESOLUTION N0.
WHEREAS, there has this day, been presented to the City
Council of the city cf Newport Beach a certain lease dated the 15th
day of October, 1941, by and between the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, as
Lessor, and KEITH SPALDING, as Lessee; and
WHEREAS, said lease provides that Lessor leases to
Lessee for a period of twenty -eight months a certain storage
garage with comfort station, located at the shore end of Doct #2,
southeasterly of Tract 919 in the City of Newport Beach, for the
total rental or sum of $700; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach deems that it is for the best interests of said city that
said lease be given to the Lessee for the term, upon the conditions
and for the consideration therein set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
City Clerk of the city of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
directed, authorized and instructed to execute said lease in the
name of, and on behalf of the City of Newport Beach, and that the
City Clerk deliver a duly executed copy thereof to the Lessee
therein named.
