RESOLUTION NO.
1 WHEREAS, THOMAS A. SANSON and KAY D. SANSON, husband
2 and wife, have this day offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the
3 sum of $125.00 for Lots 7 and S, Block 44, River Section, in the
4 City of Newport Beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page
5 25 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Californi.a;
6 and WRFREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
7 as and for the purchase price of said lots; and
8 WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Newport Beach
9 deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
10 property be sold for the said sum of $125.00; and
11 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
12 and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
13 above described.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
15 sold to the said Thomas A. Sanson and Kay D. Sanson, husband and
16 wife, for the sum of $125.00, free and clear of all encumbrances,
17 subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1941 -42. Also subject to
18 conditions, restrictions and reservations of record. The Mayor
19 and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
20 and deliver a deed for said property to the said parties upon
21 receipt of the consideration above set forth.
22 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution,
23 was duly and regularly passed andadopted by the City Council of
24 the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the
25 3rd day of November, 1941, by the .following vote, to -wit:
