3 A RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP SHOWING PORTION
OF A CERTAIN ALLEY IN THE CITY OF NEWPORT
4 BEACH, CALIFORNIA, PROPOSED TO BE CLOSED UP
5 AND ABANDONED.

8 WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
9 has presented to the City Council of the City of NewportBeach a
10 certain map showing a portion of a certain alley located in
11 Subdivision "C ", Newport Bay Tract, in the City of Newport Beach,
12 which the said City Council of the City of Newport Beach proposes
13 to close up and abandon.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said map be,
15 and the same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk of the City of
16 Newport Beach is ordered and directed to file the same in the
I7 proceedings for the abandonment of a portion of said alley.
