A Quitclaim deed dated the 29th day of December, 1941

from CLARENCE L. VIRGIN and JULIA S. C. VIRGIN, husband and wife,

to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth

5 class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport
Beach all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach
6
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
7
described as follows, to -wit:

Lot 12, Block 541, Corona del Mar, as shown
9 on a Map recorded in Book j, pages 41 and
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
10 County, California
11 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
12 California.
13 WHEREUPON, Councilman ZA a • Q,- made a motion,
14 duly seconded by Councilman T and carried, that
15 said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the ity of Newport Beach and
16 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
17 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
18 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
