A Quitclaim deed dated the 27th day of January, 1942
from F. R. ALDRICH, H. M. ALDRICH and ESTHER SCHEUPBACH, to the
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 1, Block 643, Corona del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California. W HEREUPON, Councilman dk ve' made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman ,; oi7 and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
to -wit:
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract from
the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach t a
regular meeting thereof held on t 2 day of e ruar .--1942.
