A Quitclaim deed dated the 13th day of January, 1942
from MAE L. REGAN, a single woman to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,
a municipal corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing
and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach all that real
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
Lot 13, Block 536, Corona del Mar, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman �:ae- made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman lJse:! �- and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the ity of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
to -wit:

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract
from the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
