2 A Quitclaim deed dated the 6th day of January, 1942
3 from L. C. FERGUSON, a married maxi to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,
4 a. municipal corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing
5 and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach all that real
6 property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
7 State of California, and more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:

9 Lot 13, Block 539, Corona del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42
10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California
11 was resented to the City Council of the City of Newport p y y Beach,
12 California.
13 WHEREUPON, Councilman made a motion,
14 duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
15 said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
16 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
17 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
18 That said motion was carried by the following vote, to-
