2 A Quitclaim deed dated the 6th day of January, 1942
3 from ROBERT A. SWINK and MARY A. SWINK, husband and wife, to the
' 4 CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
5 remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach,
6 all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
7 County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
8 described as follows, to -wit:
9 Lots 14 and 1.6, Block 541; Lot 3, Block 643; all
in Corona. del Mar, as shown on a Map recorded in
10 Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California
11 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
12 California.
13 WHEREUPON Councilman ,
povo made a motion
14 duly seconded by Councilman , and carried, that
15 said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
16 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
17 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

That said motion was carried by the following vote,
