2 A Quitclaim deed dated the 10th day of January, 1942
3 from CLARENCE A. THOMPSON and CLARA M. THOMPSON, husband and wife,
• 4 to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth)
5 class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport
6 Beach all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach
7 County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
8 described as follows, to -wit'.
9 Lots 12 and 14, Block 635, Corona del Mar
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3,-pages
10 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California
11 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
12 California.
13 WHEREUPON, Councilman

14 duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
15 said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the ity of Newport Beach and
16 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
17 with thf County Recorder of Orange County, California.
18 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
