RESOLUTION NO.
A Quitclaim deed dated the 9th day of January, 1942 from
EUGENE N. FROST and MAY M. FROST, husband and wife, to the CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, remisire
releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach all that
real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, Stateof California, and more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Lot 12, Block 3371 Corona del Mar, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman �ov� made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman 0�,��y, and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
