RESOLUTION NO. a 5So - R
Quitclaim deeds, dated the 7th day of January 1942, from
MARY E. DE GINDER to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaim-
ing to the City of Newport Beach all that real property situated
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of Californi
and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 16, Block 441; Lot 16, Block 642;
Lot 16, Block 638; all in Corona del Mar,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages
41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman aIL i and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
