RESOLUTION N0. S'�—
A Quitclaim deed dated the 8th day of January, 1942 from
LIDA D. ROBINSON, a widow, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a
municipal corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and
quitclaiming to the City. of Newport Beach all that real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly aescribea as follows, to -wit:
Lot 6, Block 642, Corona ael kar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, recoras of Orange
County, California
was presentee to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made a motion,
duly seconaea by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the ity of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
