1 A Quitclaim deed dated the 8th day of January, 1942 from
2 B. H. DALTON and MARGARET J. DALTON, husband and wife, to the CITY
3 OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
M4 remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
5 all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
6 County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
7 described as follows, to -wit:
8 Lot 8, Block 443, Corona del "ar, as shown
9 on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
10 California.
11 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
12 California.
13 WHEREUPON, Councilman made a motion,
14 duly seconded by Councilman �k and carried, that
15 said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
16 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
17 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
18 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
19 to -wit:
