1 A Quitclaim deed dated the 7th day of January, 1942 from
2 ALFRED EDGAR WARD and MAUDE WILSON WARD, as joint tenants, to the
3 CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
4 remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
5
all that
real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach,
6
County of
Orange, State of California,
and more particularly
7
described
as follows, to -wit:
8 Lot 10, Block 539, Corona del Near, as shgwn
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42
9 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California

was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
11
California.

WHEREUPON, Councilman o' Q made a motion,
13
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
14
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the ity of Newport Beach and
15
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
16
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

18 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
