A Quitclaim deed dated the 6th day of January, 1942
from CHARLES D. FAIRBANKS and BERNICE S. FAIRBANKS, husband and
wife, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the
sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of
Newport Beach all that real property situated in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 3, Block 637; Lots 6 and 8, Block 638;
Lots 12, 14 and 19, Block 639; all in Corona
del Mar, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3,
pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman �\yp�p a made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the ity of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
