RESOLUTION NO.
A Quitclaim deed dated the 6th day of January, 1942, from
J. W. BEASLEY and JESSIE L. BEASLEY, husband and wife, to the CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 17, 19 and 21, Block 542, Corona del Mar
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages
41 and 42 of MiscellaneousMaps, records of
Orange County, California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman a made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
th the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
