RESOLUTION N0. l
1 A Quitclaim deed dated the 6th day of January, 1942
2 from VIRGINIA MANNIS to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
3 corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quit -
4 claiming to the City of Newport Beach all that real property
5 situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
6 California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
7 Lot 2, Block 636, Corona del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
8 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
9 County, California
10 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.

12 WHEREUPON, Councilman �((�1�oVe made a motion,
13 duly seconded by Councilman Vv! a:n I and carried,that
14 said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
15 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
16 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
17 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
18 to -wit:
