RESOLUTION NO.°
1 A Quitclaim deed dated the 5th day of January, 1942 from
2 ALEXANDER R. MONCRIEFF and FLOSSIE C. MONCRIEFF, brother and siste ,
3 to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth
4 class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport
5 Beach all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
6 County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
7 described as follows, to -wit:
8 Lots 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9, Block 335; Lots 12 and 14, Block
9 536 of Corona del Mar, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
10 Orange County, California
11 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
12 California.
13 WHEREDEQN, Councilman made a motion,
14 I1 duly seconded by Councilman U\N \q::4� and carried, that
15 11 said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and

that the City Clerk be instructed to record the 'same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
