RESOLUTION NO
1 A Quitclaim deed dated the 26th day of January, 1942
2 from KATHARINE ARNOLD POHL, an undivided 1/2 interest; and ABBIE
3 ARNOLD GERTH, an undivided 1/4 interest, to the CITY OF NEWPORT
4 BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, remising,
5 releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach, all that
6 real property situated in the City ofNewport Beach, County of
7 Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as
8 follows, to -wit:
9 Lots 5 and 6, Block 60, Ocean Front Tract, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 12 of Miscellaneous
10 Maps, records of Orange County, California
11 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
12 IlCalifornia.. l
WHEREUPON, Councilman l.pQone made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the �ity of Newport Beach and

that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
to -wit:
