RESOLUTION N0, of
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Grant Deed dated
February 26, 1942, from FAY D. CRANDALL, an unmarried woman, to
the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth
class, granting to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real)
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
Lot 19, Block 742, Corona del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman �k�C:jj made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman,_ Z`s,;,e, and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by the City of Newport
Beach and that the City Clerk be instructed forthwith to record
the same with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
to -wit :

I hereby certify the above to be a true extract of the
minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at a
