RESOLUTION NO.

3 WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
4 Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement affecting
5 certain bonds issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915,
6 designated Series "G", Resolution No. 370; and
7 WHEREAS, in said agreement the BEVERLY HILLS NATIONAL
8 BANK & TRUST COMPANY of Beverly Hills, California, is therein
9 named "Bondholder ", and the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal
10 corporation, is therein named "City "; and
11 WHEREAS, it satisfactorily appearing to the City Council
12 of the city of Newport Beach that it is for the best interests
13 of said city and the inhabitants thereof that said agreement be
14 executed.
15 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
16 IICity Clerk of the city of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
17 directed, authorized and instructed to execute said agreement in
18 the name of, and on behalf of the city of Newport Beach, and that
19 the City Clerk deliver a duly executed copy thereof to the
20 Bondholder therein named.

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing resolution
22
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
23
the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the
24
2nd day of March, 1942, by the following vote, to -wit:
