RESOLUTION NO.
1
2 WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
3 Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement affecting
4 certain bonds issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 19159
5 designated Series "D ", Resolution No. 304; and
6 WHEREAS, in said agreement BEULAH WALLS of Los Angeles,
7 California, is therein named "Bondholder ", and the City of
8 Newport Beach, a municipal corporation, is therein named "City";
and

10 WHEREAS, it satisfactorily appearing to the City Council
11 of the City of Newport Beach that it is for the best interests of
12 said City and the inhabitants thereof that said agreement be
executed.

14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City
15 Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
16 directed, authorized and instructed to execute said agreement in
17 the name of, and on behalf of the city of Newport Beach, and that
18
the City Clerk deliver a duly executed copy thereof to the Bond -
19 holder therein named.
20 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing resolution
21 was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of t]
22 city of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the
23 2nd day of March, 1942, by the following vote, to -wit:
