2 WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
3 Cc ncil of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement affecting
4 cex5tain bonds issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915,
5 designated Series "G ", Resolution No. 370; and
6 WHEREAS, in said agreement B. P. HALL of Los Angeles,
7 California, is therein named "Bondholder ", and the City of
8 Newport Beach, a municipal corporation, is therein named "City ";
9 and
10 WHEREAS, it satisfactoril y appearing to the City Council
11 of the City of Newport Beach that it is for the best interests of
12 saic City and the inhabitants thereof that said agreement be
13 executed.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City
15 Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby directe
16 authorized and instructed to execute said agreement in the name of
17 and on behalf of the City of Newport Beach, and that the City Cler.
18 deliver a duly executed copy thereof to the Bondholder therein
19 named.
20 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing resolution
21 was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
22 the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the
23 2nd day of March, 1942, by the following vote, to -wit:
