RESOLUTION NO. r
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Grant Deed dated
April 3rd , 1942, from HECTOR L. GIBBONS and
CHARLOTT A. GIBBONS, husband and wife, as joint tenants to the
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
granting to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real
property situated in. the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
The Northeasterly 20 feet of Lot 12, and the
Southwesterly 20 feet of Lot 14, Block 435,
Corona del Mar, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.

WHEREUPON, Councilman ff,�Ve. made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by the City of Newport
Beach and that the City Clerk be instructed forthwith to record
the same with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
