RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class, of Orange County, California,
has this day sold to HECTOR L. GIBBONS and CHARLOTTE A. GIBBONS,
husband and wife, as ,Joint tenants, the following described real
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
Lots 6 and 8, Block 435, Corona del Mar,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3,
pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
and WHEREAS, the consideration for said transfer is the
transfer by the said Hector L. Gibbons and Charlotte A. Gibbons
to the City of Newport Beach of the following described real
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
The Northeasterly 20 feet of Lot 12, and the
Southwesterly 20 feet of Lot 14, Block 435,
Corona del Mar, as shown on a Map recorded in
book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
and the payment in addition to the above mentioned transfer, of
the sum of $250.00 this day paid to the City of Newport Beach;
WHEREAS, the purchase price aforesaid, in the opinion
judgment of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, is
fair, ,Just and adequate and it is for the best interests of said
City that said exchange of properties be made upon the payment
by said Hector L. Gibbons and Charlotte A. Gibbons to the City of
Newport Beach of the sum of $250.00 aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, that the City of Newport Beach sell
the above mentioned real property, described as Lots 6 and 8,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that

Block 435, Corona del Mar, City of Newport Beach, to the said

realtor for his services in making the
