RESOLUTION NO._
WHEREAS, a certain Grant Deed dated the 20th day of April,
1942, from Clyan H. Hall and Marjorie G. Hall, husband and wife,
as joint tenants, to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal
corporation cif the sixth class, granting to said city all that
certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, state of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
The Southwesterly rectangular 14 feet of Lot 20 in Block
435, of Corona Del Mar, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California.
Together with right of way for alley and public utility
purposes,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California. ni
WHEREUPON, Councilman

and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted,
made a

Recorder of Orange County, California.
