A Quitclaim deed dated the 9th day of April, 1942, from
ARTHUR W. BURNS, an undivided 1/3 interest; IDA JANE WILSON, an
undivided 1/3 interest; and ALBERT H. BURNS, an undivided 1/3
interest, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation
of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the
City of Newport Beach all that real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California.,
and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 10, Balboa Tract, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 4, pages 11 of Miscell-
aneous Maps, records of Orange County, California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON,Councilman aPA I made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman j�,�;, and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract
