3 WHEREAS, a certain Commissioner's Deed dated the 13th
4 day of June, 1942, from W. H. Kistinger, commissioner, in favor
5 of the City of Nevp ort Beach, a Municipal corporation, wherein
6 said Commissioner does grant, bargain, sell and convey to the
7 City of Newport Beach, as successor in interest to the purchasers
8 at public auction of the hereinafter described property, all that
9 certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
10 County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
11 Lots 9 and 10 in Block 10 of the Balboa Tract,
12 as per map thereof recorded in Book 4, page 11
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
13 California,
14 was presented to the City Council of the Aity of Newport Beach; and
15 WHEREAS, on motion of Councilma
16 duly seconded by Councilman P.:n and
17 carried, it was ordered that said Commissioner's Deed be accepted
I8 by the City of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed
Ig to record the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange
20 County, California.
21 That said motion was carried t follolw�ing vote, to -wit:
