3 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
4 NEWPORT BEACH FIXING THE DATE AND TIME OF REGULAR
COUNCIL MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAID CITY,

7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
8 has heretofore fixed the first Monday of each month at the hour
9 of 7 :30 otclock P. M. of said days for the holding of regular
10 meetings of the City Council of said city; and
11 WHEREAS, it would better meet with the convenience of
12 a majority of the members of said City Council to hold said
13 regular meetings on the first Monday of each month hereafter at
14 the hour of four otclock P. M. of said day; and
15 WHEREAS, the holding of said regular meetings of the
16 City Council of the City of Newport Beach at four otclock P. M.

will enable the members of the City Council, the officials of the

city of Newport Beach and those attending said Council meetings
I9
to better comply with United States Dim -Out regulations.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the regular
22
meetings of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach will
23
from and after the passage of this resolution be held on the
24
first Mondays of each month hereafter, at the hour of four ofclock
25
P. M. of said days, at the Council Chambers of the City Council
26
of the City of Newport Beach located in the City Hall of the City
27
28 of Newport Beach.

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing resolution
30
31 was duly and regularly passed end adopted by the City Council of
32 the City of NewportBeach at an adjourned regular meeting thereof
