RESOLUTION NO.�
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement affect-
ing certain bonds issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915,
designated Series "D", Resolution No. 304; and
WHEREAS, in said agreement Dr. Marcia A. Patrick of
2619 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, California, is therein named
Bondholder, and the City of Neiport Beach, a municipal corporation,
is therein named "City "; and
WHEREAS, it satisfactorily appearing to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that it is for the best interests of
12 said city and the inhabitants thereof that said agreement be
13
executed.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
15 City lerk of the city of Newport g are hereby

16 directed, authorized and instructed to execute said agreement in
17 the name of, and on behalf of the city of Newport Beach, and that
18 the City Clerk deliver a duly executed copy thereof to the
19
Bondholder therein named.

21 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
22 was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
23 the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the
24 7th day of December, 1942, by the following vote, to -wit:
