WHEREAS, GLENN B. DENNISON and MARY I. DENNISON, husband

and wife, have this day offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the

Isum
of $1100.00 for Lot 4, Block F, Tract No. 323, Corona del Mar,
5
in the City of Newport Beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
6
14, pages 40 and 41 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
7
County, California; and
8
WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
9
as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
10
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
11

that it is for the best interests of said City that said
12
property be sold for the said sum of $1100.00; and
13
WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
14
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
15

above described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
17

sold to the said Glenn B. Dennison and Mary I. Dennison, husband
19
and wife, for the sum of $1100.00, free and clear of all encumbran-
20
ces, subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1943 -44. Also
21
subject to conditions, restrictions and reservations of record.

The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
23
to execute and deliver a deed for said property to the said parties
24
upon receipt of the consideration above set forth.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $110.00 be paid
26
to F. L. Andrews, as and for his commission for the negotiating
27
of the sale of said real property to Glenn B. Dennison and Mary
28
I. Dennison, his wife, as joint tenants, said sum being a fair and
29
reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and said broker
30
being a licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach.

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolutior
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at an adjourned regular meeting thereof
held on the 19th day of April, 1943, by the following vote, to -wit
