3 A Deed of Easement dated the =' day of x 1943,
4 from THE TURQUOISE FOUNDATION OF AMERICA, INC., a California
5 Corporation, to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation
6 of the sixth class, granting to the city of Fewport Beach a
7 right of way and easement for the maintenance, repair, construction
8 and reconstruction of water and sanitary sewer pipe lines, in,
9 under and over that certain real property situated in the city of
10 Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, in Block 231,
11 as shown upon a Map of Corona Del Mar, recorded in Book 3, pages
12 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
13 California, described as follows, to -wit:
14 PA.ROEL 1 A strip of land ten feet in widt4, lying
15 five feet on each side of and adjacent to
a line 65 feet Northwesterly of and parallel with the
16 Southeasterly line of said Block 231, and extending
156 feet Northeasterly from the Southwesterly line of
17 said Block 231.
18 PARCEL 2 A strip of land fourteen feet in width,
lying seven feet on each side of and adjacent
19 to a line 10 feet southwesterly of the northeasterly line
of Lot 13 in said Block 231, and the Southeasterly
20 prolongation of said line to the southeasterly line
of Dahlia Avenue, as vacated by Resolution No. 366
21 adopted February 22nd, 1926 by the City Council of the
city of Newport Beach,
22 together with the right of ingress and egress in and over said
23 strip f land for the pairing, maintaining,

25 constructing and reconstructing said water and sanitary sewer
26 pipe lines, was presented to the City Council of the City of
27 Newport Beach, California.

and carried, that said Deed of Easement be accepted by said City
of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk instructed to record the
