3 A Deed of Easement dated the day of , 0A sm 2 Ir
• 4 1943, from J. A. BEEK and CARROLL BEEK, his wife, to L CITY
5 OF NEWPORT BEACH, a Municipal Corporation of the sixth class of
6 Orange County, California, granting to the City of Newport Beach
7 the lands hereinafter described for alley purposes, and for
8 the purpose of repairing, constructing, maintaining and re-
9 constructing all necessary pipe lines and other public utilities
10 in, across and over said lands; said lands and property are
11 described as follows, to -wit:
12 PARCEL I.
13 A strip of land seven and one -half (72) feet
14 in width, lying west of and adjacent to the
east line of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,
15 12, 13 and 14 in Block 7, as laid out and shown
upon flap of Section 5, Balboa Island, recorded
16 in Book 8, page 9 of Miscellaneous Llaps, records
of Orange County, California.
17 PARCEL II.
18 A strip of land seven and one -half (72) feet
19 in width, lying east of and adjacent to the
west line of Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21,.
20 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26 in Block 7, as laid
out and shown upon said Hap of Section 5,
21 Balboa Island.
22 PARCEL III.
23 All that portion of that certain alley in Block
7 of said Section 5, Balboa Island, vacated by
24 Resolution No. 374, adopted by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach, April 19th, 1926,
25 and recorded in Book 178, page 58, Official Records
of said County, extending from the southerly line
26 of Balboa Avenue (formerly Central Avenue) to
a line drawn from the southeasterly corner of
27 Lot 7, Block 7 of said Section 5, Balboa Island,
to the southwesterly corner of Lot 22, Block 7
28 of the aforesaid Section 5, Balboa Island,
29 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
30 California.
31 WHEREUPON, Councilman �,,.., made a
32 motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
LAW OFFICES OF carried, that said Deed of Easement be accepted by said City of
