RESOLUTION NO.�
A Deed of Easement dated the 13th day of January, 1944,
from CLYDE H. DENLINGER and CLARA M. DENLINGER, husband and wife,
to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the
sixth class, granting to the City of Newport Beach an easement
for street purposes over and across that certain real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California., and described as follows, to -wit:
Parcel 1. The Northerly 15 feet of Lot Eleven
TIT)-Tn-glock Five Hundred Thirty -two (532) of
"Canal Section, Newport Beach ", as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 4, page 98 of Miscellan-
eous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
Parcel 2. All that portion of the 100 foot strip
of Tn_d 6escribed in the deed from A. J. Crookshank,
and others, as Trustees, to the Southern Pacific
Railroad Company, a Corporation, recorded in Book
405, page 250 of Deeds, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
Westerly line of said 100 foot strip of land with
the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly line of
Block Five Hundred Thirty -two (532) of "Canal
Section, Newport Beach ", as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, page 99 of Miscellaneous Mans, records
of Orange County, California; running thence South
73 016'10" East along the last mentioned Easterly
prolongation, a distance of 35 feet; thence Southerly
from a tangent bearing South 3'11'52" West along a
curve concave to the West and having a radius of
2415.05 feet to the intersection with the Easterly
prolongation of a line 15 feet Southerly of and
parallel with the said Northerly line of Block Five
Hundred Thirty -two (532); thence North 73016'10"
West along the last mentioned Easterly prolongation
to the intersection with the said Westerly line of
said 100 foot strip of land; thence Northerly along
the Westerly line of said 100 foot strip of land to
the point of beginning,
WHEREUPON, Councilman made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman Sw�y,�. , that
said Deed of Easement be accepted by said City of Newport Beach,
and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forth-
with with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
