WHEREAS, the Pacific Eleotrio Railway Company has re-
quested a renewal of a certain lease dated Maroh 1, 1934,
and covering the following described property situate in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
The location of a Twelve (12) Inch Storm
Drain Pipe under and across Pacific
Electric Railway Company's Newport Beach
Line right of way at 57th Street, City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, the location of said under-
ground crossing being more particularly
shown outlined RED on blueprint CEH 14082
attached to and made part of original
lease No. 9096.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the renewal be
granted in a000rdanoe with the terms of said agreement of
renewal of lease, and that the Mayor and City Clerk of the
City of Newport Beach be authorized, direoted and instructed
to execute said renewal of lease on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach, and that a copy thereof duly executed by said
City, as aforesaid, be sent by the City Clerk of the City of
Newport Beach to the Pacific Electric Railway Company, Los
Angeles, California, and that the original thereof be filed
in the offioe of the City Clerk of the City of Newport Beaoh.
