RESOLUTION NO. 2il % .
IMEREAS, a certain subordination agreement dated the 7th
day of March, 1944, in which said agreement the City of Newport
Beach agrees to subordinate its lien created by a certain in-
denture of lease to the lien of the United States of America
until such lien of the United States of America has been fully
paid, satisfied and discharged, was this day presented to the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach; and
11HEREAS , on motion of Councilman
duly seconded by Councilman earl and
carried, it was ordered that said Subordination Agreement be
accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk
be instructed to file the same forthwith with the lease mentioned
therein, with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
to -wit:
NOES, COUNCILMEN: 1161fte_
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: 16i4e_
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct
extract from the minutes of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach held on the 6th day of March, 1944.
