WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain deed dated the
25th day of February, 1944, wherein EDNA M. DITTMAR, a single
woman, grants to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, all that certain
real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows: to —wit:
All of Lot 28, Block 225, Lancaster's Addition,
recorded in Book 5, page 14 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California,
except the Northwesterly 17.56 feet thereof.
WHEREUPON, Councilman _il , made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman
and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said city of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,

I hereby certify that the above and foregolg is a true
extract from the minutes of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day
of March, 1944.
