DULY SECONDED AND CARRIED, TIE; FOLLOWNG RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach in Orange County, California,
is the owner in fee of that certain real property situated in the City of
Newport Beach, in Orange County, California, and more particularly described

NOW, TREREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, Orange County, California, that all taxes and penalties against
all the lots and property heretofore described be cancelled, and the Auditor
is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all such taxes and penalties as
are now outstanding against all the properties described in this resolution.

Newport Beach that the City of Newport Beach is the owner of the properties
described in the foregoing resolution, and in accordance with the law in such
